St Charles Care Center
St. Charles Care Center, a skilled nursing facility, offers residential care for geriatric patients, for those convalescing from injuries or acute illnesses and for those who suffer from a terminal illness. Staffed by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse assistants, social workers, recreation therapists and support staff, the Care Center is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid.

Room rates are based on occupancy, private or semi-private. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted for individuals who meet the criteria established by each program.
Rehabilitation Service
The St. Charles Rehabilitation Department, which includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy, offers residents and out-patients the opportunity of achieve the highest level of rehabilitation. The Restorative Nursing Program is designed to maintain the level of rehabilitation achieved by the resident.
